\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strengthen communication about quality improvement and exchange of best practices among project stakeholders in order to expand capacity and further increase support for quality improvement.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Synthesize, document, and disseminate the process of institutionalizing quality of care into existing health service structures.

\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of five years\u2019 experience working in public health programs in Ghana at decentralized levels
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prior experience in quality-improvement methods in a health setting
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Expertise in results reporting and narrative report writing
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good diplomatic, representational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work independently and with team members and partners at all levels
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Capacity to manage numerous tasks and report in a timely manner
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience with USAID projects preferred
