Our brands are celebrated in Africa and across the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Blending Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE OF JOB:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the direct supervision of the Blending Supervisor, the successful applicant will be expected to\u00a0 as part of his responsibilities, draw up\u00a0 a daily program on blending activities and ensure the preparation of tanks for blending to commence<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The successful applicant will as part of his\/her role accountabilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive blending program from Blending Supervisor and draw up daily program on blending activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with the engineer on duty to initiate CIP when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Request in SAP ingredients to be used for blending from Stores,<\/li>\n<li>Seek approval from Blending Supervisor for blending to commence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise weighing and dissolving of all ingredients<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the volume in the BDM (Batch dosing module) for different\u00a0 recipes are correct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Request required quantities of sugar and acid from Stores for preparation of syrup and ensure correct parameters are obtained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Take sample of blended product for analysis and approval by Quality Assurance Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor the FA Tanks for product back up.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure filters are changed when necessary and ensure blending and storage tanks are Cleaned-In-Place daily.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Availability of RO water at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the INDAG SYSTEMS for each blend volume and compare with the actual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful applicant must have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of Bachelor\u2019s degree in Chemistry or Food Science<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of at least 3 years relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to relate to a diverse group of people<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications<\/li>\n<li>Good communication as well as interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work as a team<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kasapreko Company Limited (Kasapreko) is the leading herbal drink manufacturer in Ghana.
