Its expertise is in catalyzing investment, climate smart agriculture, empowerment &amp; resilience, institutional strengthening, and market systems.<\/p>\n<p>ACDI\/VOCA is currently seeking a Warehouse Management Specialist for an upcoming volunteer assignment in Ghana. Big Ajar Farms is requesting volunteer assistance to improve their warehouse management skills, and to develop a strategy to generate revenue. The assignment will last for approximately three weeks in country, in addition to preparation and research previous to departure. Travel and living are covered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Warehouse Management Specialist\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Volunteer Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in business or another relevant field.<\/li>\n<li class=\"JHover\">At least five years? experience in business and warehouse management, with knowledge of computer technology in warehouse management and client relations<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">Proficient computer skills including MS Word, and MS Excel.<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">The volunteer should be prepared to live in a rural and hot setting with limited or no access to amenities such as air conditioning or internet.<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">Previous experience in rural African settings an advantage, although not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ACDI\/VOCA is an economic development organization that fosters broad-based economic growth, raises living standards, and creates vibrant communities.
