Ritzio Entertainment Group operates various chains of gaming clubs and casinos, bars, night clubs, restaurants, sports betting outlets, and entertainment parks under Ritzio brand.<br \/>\nRitzio has operations in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania, Peru, Bolivia, and Mexico. It operates approximately 1,000 gaming clubs, 40,000 slots, 7 casinos, and 2 entertainment centers. In Ghana Ritzio has about 21 slot houses currently running.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Purchasing Agent\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.<\/p>\n<p>Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.<\/p>\n<p>Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.<\/p>\n<p>Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.<\/p>\n<p>Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.<\/p>\n<p>Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.<\/p>\n<p>Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.<\/p>\n<p>Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience\u00a0as a PURCHASING AND SUPPLY OFFICER<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in \u201creading\u201d the market<\/li>\n<li>Talent in negotiations and networking<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge\u00a0of supplier or third party management software<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers<\/li>\n<li>Experience in collecting and analysing data<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership capabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ritziorecruitment@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Or<\/p>\n<p><strong>joeritzio@gmail.com\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ghana Limited is a subsidiary of Ritzio international a multinational gaming operator.
