\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Make credit decisions within assigned authority
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Plan and organize activities of credit I customer set up team to ensure file reviews are completed timely I accurately
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Initiate process improvement and quality reviews to simplify and improve productivity
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Negotiate documentation and payment terms with customers to ensure transactions are properly secured
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Resolve credit issues with customers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop management reporting
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure high loan quality<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 12 years working experience in the banking Industry.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Not below 35 years
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proficient in reading\/ interpreting financial statements for the purpose of underwriting credit
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to manage relationships both Internally and externally
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Vast understanding of credit reporting<\/p>\n
