Supply Category, Technical Category and General Internal Services and have oversight reponsibility for the value chain from the Authority, Regional and Scheme levels.<br \/>\nCollaborates with and support stakeholders to define and consolidate their individual requirements, identify sourcing options and agree on procurement scope and plan<br \/>\nSupport stakeholders in the analysis of category requests and select the best option that meets business requirements<br \/>\nProvide technical support in the implementation of procurement sourcing strategy<br \/>\nProvide guidance and support to stakeholders in the evaluation and selection of suitable suppliers for the sourcing progress<br \/>\nFacilitate the negotiation process in order to secure the best economic value<br \/>\nProvide technical support for the effective management of Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and Contracts and ensure full compliance<br \/>\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure goods and services are delivered to contract terms and conditions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A degree holder specialized in procurement, supply chain and projects management from a recognized institution and with at least 3-5 years experience with similar responsibilities<br \/>\nA member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) will be an advantage<br \/>\nICT literate with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point<br \/>\nPerson Specification:<br \/>\nExcellent analytical and in-depth knowledge of procurement best practice<br \/>\nSuperior sense of integrity<br \/>\nA good understanding of Public Procurement Act (663) and regulations<br \/>\nStrong numerical and analytical skills with an eye for detail<br \/>\nProactive, self motivated individual with demonstrable leadership skills<br \/>\nEffective team player with excellent organizational and management skills<br \/>\nADDED ADVANTAGE<br \/>\nA masters degree in a related field<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants must submit their curriculum vitae with covering letter to the address below: recruitment.dzorwulu@gmail.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Reporting directly to the Director of Projects and Procurement, the position holder will provide technical support and direction in the management of Demand Category.
