The Company\ufffds Bogoso\/Prestea operations, located 10km south of the town of Bogoso in the Western Region of Ghana, is in the process of expanding with the commissioning of a new BIOX Plant in 2007. To supplement its open pit production, the Company is evaluating the feasibility of resuming Underground operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Assist with the optimisation of Crushing, Milling and Floatation (CMF) processes<br \/>\nSupervise all activities at the CMF section<br \/>\nEnsure employees work in a safe environment at the Processing Plant<br \/>\nSubmit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sectional activities<br \/>\nProvide training to subordinates<br \/>\nPerform any other related duties that may be assigned from time-to-time<br \/>\nRemuneration: Attractive conditions of service will be offered to successful applicants<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum of Diploma in Metallurgy or HND or its equivalent with at least five (5) years hands-on experience in a mining environment<br \/>\nGood knowledge of Crushing, Milling and Floatation (CMF) processes<br \/>\nStrong supervisory and communication skills<br \/>\nAbility to relate effectively with people at all levels<br \/>\nMust be computer literate<br \/>\nAble to work for extended hours<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Application indicating contact telephone numbers\/current e-mail address together with detailed CV and copies of relevant academic documents should be forwarded to: <strong>recruitment@gsrgh..com<\/strong> or<\/p>\n<p>THE HUMAN RESOURCE &amp; ADMINISTRATION MANAGER<br \/>\nGOLDEN STAR (BOGOSO\/PRESTEA) LIMITED<br \/>\nP.
