In order to advance our position as the market leader.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>Responsible for the machining of engine parts using Computerised Numerically Control (CNC) machines such as lathes and milling machines<br \/>\nResponsible for loading parts, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits, deburing and inspection of parts for conformance to specification<br \/>\nStudies and interprets reuse and salvage guidelines to determine dimensionsand tolerances of finished work, sequence of operation and set up requirements<br \/>\nMeasures and marks dimensions on finished work pieces as a guide for subsequent machining<br \/>\nDetects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjust machine, with capabilities\/controls to ensure quality of finished work. Reports all machine malfunctions to immediate supervisor<br \/>\nMaintains a high level of safety awareness and others around him\/her<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum trade qualification or recognised degree\/diploma in Mechanical Engineering<br \/>\nGood knowledge of operating CNC machines such as lathes and milling machines in a heavy equipment environment<br \/>\nGood knowledge and application of precision measuring equipment Instruments include callipers, ID &amp; OD micrometers, depth gauges and indications<br \/>\nVery strong computer skills<br \/>\nGood knowledge of CAD (Computer Aided Design)<br \/>\nKnowledge of CAM (Computer Aided Manufacture) would be an advantage<br \/>\nExcellent communication skills<br \/>\nAttentive to details<br \/>\nMust be a team player, proactive and a self-starter<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested persons should mail their applications and CVs with full address including the quickest means or contact to the address below:<\/p>\n<p>The Human Resource Manager<br \/>\nMantrac Ghana Ltd<br \/>\nP.
