From our infrastructure to the customer, every component within our architecture is designed with world class technology standards to give each customer value for every pesewa they use on our platform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Support Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Troubleshoot, reproduce, document and resolve customer-related issues by knowledge of Gh4hub product stack and technologies<\/li>\n<li>Understand, set, manage and exceed customer expectations<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain documentation, process standards, and service information<\/li>\n<li>This is a customer-facing position that requires total professionalism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unix\/Linux Knowledge required<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of Mobile Technologies<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work early morning or late night shifts<\/li>\n<li>Software troubleshooting knowledge and experience<\/li>\n<li>Organization and attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding written\/verbal communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>A passion for working directly with customers and team player<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to multi-task and have an impeccable follow through skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to readily answer support related emails,phone calls and other channel sources<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate understanding of network technology<\/li>\n<li>Self motivated, works effectively with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on Kannel is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send CV to <strong>jobs@misika247.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GH4HUB is a wholly owned and registered Ghanaian company.
