The Company is developing the Central Ashanti Gold Project near Ayanfuri in the Central Region of Ghana. The project has an expected mine life of 10 years. Central Ashanti Gold Limited (&#8216;CAGL&#8217;) recruits <strong>Security Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The position is site based and the Company offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with the candidates&#8217; qualifications and experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate shall ideally:<\/p>\n<p>Have at least 10 years of experience in intelligence and security operations at Manager level<br \/>\nHave previous experience within the gold or diamond mining industry would be well regarded<br \/>\nExhibit mature, disciplined behaviour and excellent people skills<br \/>\nPossess a current police clearance and Ghanaian driver&#8217;s license<br \/>\nHave a working knowledge of modern security systems and hardware<br \/>\nBe able to lead a team of security supervisors and security guards<br \/>\nHave sound computer skills in Microsoft Office<br \/>\nBe fluent in the Twi language and in oral and written English<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested qualified applicants should submit one MSWord document only which should include a cover letter, detailed CV of his\/her qualifications and work history and the names of at least 3 referees.
