{"id":20487,"date":"2016-11-25T14:17:25","date_gmt":"2016-11-25T14:17:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=20487"},"modified":"2016-11-25T14:17:25","modified_gmt":"2016-11-25T14:17:25","slug":"road-safety-ltd-ghana-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/road-safety-ltd-ghana-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Road Safety Ltd Ghana Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Road Safety Management Services Limited, A leading company in the provision of road safety services\u00a0seeks to recruit highly motivated, experienced and passionate professionals for the roles of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Regional Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and effectively control Depot Supervisors within the region<\/li>\n<li>Develop a detailed area and Regional map detailing the road network and landmark points<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and update staff itinerary and duty posts within the region in consultation with the Depot Supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all assigned service vehicles and motorbikes are serviceable and operational at all times<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that communication protocols between clients, agencies and RSMSL are well defined and adhered to. Communications equipment must be adequate and functional.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that staff have appropriate and adequate safety and service logistics<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that operations staff have a well laid out drill stay up-to-date on best practices<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that requisite documentation are in place for standard operating procedures and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Implement any other initiatives that will facilitate effective and efficient road maintenance and traffic management to minimize accidents and save lives.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duty assigned by Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a business, engineering or social science, or any related field.
