\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop a detailed area and Regional map detailing the road network and landmark points
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare and update staff itinerary and duty posts within the region in consultation with the Depot Supervisor
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure all assigned service vehicles and motorbikes are serviceable and operational at all times
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that communication protocols between clients, agencies and RSMSL are well defined and adhered to. Communications equipment must be adequate and functional.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that staff have appropriate and adequate safety and service logistics
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that operations staff have a well laid out drill stay up-to-date on best practices
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that requisite documentation are in place for standard operating procedures and compliance
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Implement any other initiatives that will facilitate effective and efficient road maintenance and traffic management to minimize accidents and save lives.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform any other duty assigned by Manager.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Computer literacy is a must
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Basic knowledge of auto-mechanics and vehicle operations is an added advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Not less than 4 years in a supervisory role with other responsibilities including finance, human resource or project management.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have good presentation skills – verbal and written
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external stakeholders.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be Action-oriented
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Business acumen and have Team Building skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have Entrepreneurial spirit, clearly result oriented
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience with traffic safety and management operations
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have Project Management Skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have knowledge in Strategic Planning
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Supply Chain Management in terms of acquisition and deployment of resources<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Clearly indicate position being applied for and your Region.<\/p>\n
