Pharmaceutical companies may deal in generic or brand medications and medical devices.<\/p>\n<p>A Reputable Firm seeks the services of<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager (Pharmaceuticals)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support product identification and selection to build a profitable product portfolio at all times<\/li>\n<li>Registration of the companies\u2019 products with the Food and Drugs Authority and with Regulatory bodies<\/li>\n<li>Play a leading role in crafting the commercial strategy and delivering achievement of sales targets and budgets as agreed with upon performance metrics and budgets<\/li>\n<li>Identify, target and win new customers, to enable the necessary growth in customers for the business plan to be achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and build business with existing customers, to ensure an ever growing and increasingly profitable customer base<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute an efficient and effective journey plan each month to achieve optimal customer contact and coverage<\/li>\n<li>Implement effective channels of communication with sales colleagues and the buying team, for effective use of market intelligence makes our customer proposition grow stronger and more compelling.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate internal resources towards customers in a way that results in an exceptional level of service for the customer<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the preparation of technical drug dossiers for National and International Drug Regulatory Bodies<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out prescription audits and competitor intelligence collection to continuously update the company<\/li>\n<li>Obtain FDA approval for adverts for OTC products<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and keep in touch with changes in the regulatory environments.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance and regular update of all Regulatory Trackers.<\/li>\n<li>Work on changes or variations in registered products<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring Good Warehousing Practice for Warehouse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of a Degree<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years relevant working experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Experience, Knowledge and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evidence of selling generics to pharmacy, hospitals and wholesale customers<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of a successful period of new business development<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of tendering experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop rapport quickly<\/li>\n<li>Numerate and competent with excel<\/li>\n<li>Has excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Incoterms<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of knowledge of import\/export regulations of pharmaceutical products<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory framework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in this role, please apply by sending a copy of your resume and a cover letter to<strong> gbbaiden@cecoll.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>NB:<\/strong> Please do not pay any company\/agency that asks for any sort of payment<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The pharmaceutical industry discovers, develops, produces, and markets drugs or pharmaceuticals for use as medications.
