The successful team member will enjoy a rewarding career which comes with a competitive reward package, customized development opportunities and an environment where you can excel.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will work closely with the Cadbury Cocoa Partnership Programme Coordination Unit. The role will be focused mostly in Ghana. There will be opportunities to travel outside Accra to various regions and communities where Cadbury Cocoa Partnership and other Cadbury Community investment projects are taking place<\/p>\n<p>Work with the Director and Programme Managers to oversee the effective implementation of Cadbury Cocoa Ambassadors project<br \/>\nEngage other Cadbury  business units with the Cadbury Partnership in Ghana typically implementing community projects, supporting communications and organising visits<br \/>\nWork with communities to identify and manage sustainable community development opportunities through the use of solar energy.
