We currently have approximately 20 full-time faculty, with an added number of adjuncts, international visiting faculty and Fulbright scholars, teaching across a core curriculum and courses in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, and Engineering. Faculty at Ashesi share a passion for teaching and a dedication to the growth of students, and collaborate across a wide range of research interests.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ashesi is growing and we are excited to expand our liberal arts program and faculty capacity. We are looking to hire interested candidates to teach the following Business Administration classes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Courses:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Corporate Finance<\/li>\n<li>International Finance<\/li>\n<li>Managerial Accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Requirements for Faculty Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ph.D., M.Phil., MSc, MBA in Marketing, Finance, Accounting or any postgraduate business related qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to teach in a participatory environment.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to engage in research and supervise undergraduate projects.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated capability in the use of computer technology.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the liberal arts method of instruction.
