We have ambitious plans for these programs in Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Hence, as Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a prestigious activity at CEIBS. Reporting to the Executive Director<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be responsible for recruiting high-class executive for our programs<\/li>\n<li>You will uncover the educational and training needs of companies and organizations across Africa, articulate these needs in creative proposals, negotiate educational services with potential clients, ensure effective delivery of great education experience for clients, monitor and evaluate program effectiveness after delivery, conceptualize, organize and deliver great educational conferences, and seek opportunities to build strong and lasting relationships with existing and new corporate clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Excellent base salary, as well as performance- based bonuses will be offered<\/p>\n<p><strong> Required Skills\/experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You should have a higher degree (eg.
