\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinates industrial relation issues including staff welfare, counseling, disciplinary and grievance procedures and ensuring the compliance of staff to rules and regulations of the organization
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Serves as coordinator of training needs of the organization and staff
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develops and manages\u00a0 data base of human resource capital in the organization
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 May serves as a co-opted member of the organization\u2019s management team<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Post-graduate training in human resources management from an internationally recognised institution is a plus
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 The applicant must also have demonstrated excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and management skills.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Preferably at least Five (5) years of practicing as a human resource manager in the health sector. Applicants with experience in the National Catholic Health Service (NCHS) are encouraged to apply<\/p>\n
