\n\u2022 Carry out IOS upgrades and other key delivery requirements that cannot be done by the delivery center team
\n\u2022\u00a0 Support in design and implementation of adhoc, medium and major network changes<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0 Be responsible for network design either directly or by colaborating with other IBM or partner SMEs
\n\u2022\u00a0 Review and report on delivery center performance
\n\u2022 Lead and be part of complex network project implementation
\n\u2022 Provide\/review network performance reports and take necessary actions
\n\u2022 Lead the troubleshooting of network issues, collaborating with
\n\u2022 Manage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience: Minimum 5years continuous experience in a similar role supporting Cisco Networks (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
\n\u2022 Experience in implementing and supporting complex networks
\n\u2022 Good working knowledge of 7 basic QC tools, FMEA & VSMs
\n\u2022 Excellent leadership qualities
\n\u2022 Good interpersonal skills
