Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends. You will represent the hotel at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations and identify new markets and business opportunities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure maximum sales of hotel public space, give a consisdent feedback covering market information to your supervisor, develop leads on trade associations, clubs and organisations, local associations and weddings through newspapers, directories and from past business files as well asmanage Key Accounts and produce strategic account plans to maximise opportunities<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication skills and good relationship building skills with a minimum of one year hotel experience
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be confident and possess a determined approach at all times
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Self-motivation, drive and a competititive streak
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have good sales techniques to present the service in a stuctured professional way face to face.<\/p>\n
