We are an advocacy institution established to help direct downstream policy, legislation and regulation and pursue research towards the development of the downstream sector.<\/p>\n<p>The Association represents the collective interests of the companies involved in the oil marketing and petroleum products in Ghana, coordinating with the major Stakeholders in the Industry which include: Ministry of Petroleum, Ministry of Finance &amp; Economic Planning, Bank of Ghana, National Petroleum Authority (NPA), The Energy Commission, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Tema Oil Refinery (TOR), Revenue Agencies Governing Board (RAGB), Ghana Standard Board, Ghana Fire Service, Customs Exercise and Preventive Service (CEPS), Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Co. Ltd (BOST)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Consumer Marketing Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years working experience<\/li>\n<li>Adequate product knowledge (Fuels\/lubricants, car car products and the downstream petroleum industry)<\/li>\n<li>Business acumen to drive consumer sales and efficiently collect sales within the agreed trade terms<\/li>\n<li>Able to present business proposals and prepare appropriate offers for prospective consumers<\/li>\n<li>Able to take initiatives and has the needed drive to achieve success<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work under minimum supervision<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills in MS Office especially MS Powerpoint<\/li>\n<li>Have good negotiation skills, analytical and able to effectively take decision based on relevant data<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of NPA pricing structure, trade terms, discounts and the effect of account receivables on cash flow<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will be assessed 3 months before being confirmed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit in soft copy applications to <strong>positioncmm@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Closing Date : December 30th, 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Association of Oil Marketing Companies is an industry association and a private initiative by the oil marketing operators in Ghana.
