We do this with 1000 experts from more than 120 offices, spanning over 30 countries globally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Accounts Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote sales of systems and products<\/li>\n<li>Manage customer accounts including all related aspects<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on instructions by the Head of Sales<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for the overall satisfaction of the customer<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and conduct customer meetings<\/li>\n<li>Issue customer proposals and conduct weekly follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Issue periodic marketing write ups and mail shots<\/li>\n<li>Participate in site surveys<\/li>\n<li>Submit weekly reports to Head of Sales<\/li>\n<li>Submit an annual business plan<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market and products research<\/li>\n<li>Generate sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Create new customer accounts<\/li>\n<li>Manage existing customer accounts<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high level of product\/system knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Meet sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Present and demonstrate systems \/ products<\/li>\n<li>Conduct road shows and other marketing events<\/li>\n<li>Support all customer requirements for his\/her accounts<\/li>\n<li>Prepare tender responses<\/li>\n<li>Building POs BOM and allocate the relevant stock items<\/li>\n<li>Maintain updated customers list<\/li>\n<li>Manage debt collection for your accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Professional Experience And Qualifications<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years progressive sales experience performing similar tasks as mentioned above<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least 3 years experience in selling wireless equipment to ISPs, Telecos, (experience expanding to the region will be an added advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience in selling systems<\/li>\n<li>Have a proven track record handling major accounts (evaluation will be done on 3 key accounts closed and their value)<\/li>\n<li>Must have good presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have good negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>The preferred candidate should have a background in selling broadband wireless equipment or networks sales experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidates Should Have Advanced Proficiency In<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>MS Excel<\/li>\n<li>PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>MS Word<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Attributes<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must demonstrate sales and marketing prowess<\/li>\n<li>Be articulate and able to communicate well with customers<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn fast<\/li>\n<li>Posses good organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Be a team player<\/li>\n<li>Able to work with minimum supervision<\/li>\n<li>Self driven with high level of integrity<\/li>\n<li>Be hardworking and prepared to work beyond the stipulated working hours to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are experts in the global search and selection industry &#8211; we work with professional and managerial talent worldwide.
