As part of the strategic vision to grow its real estate business, the Group is seeking to engage the services of a General Manager to manage its real estate subsidiary. Reporting to the Group CEO the role holder will drive real estate development and investment business of the Group including meeting the property requirements of the subsidiary companies.<\/p>\n
Originating development proposals for the existing assets
\nPlanning and implementation of all real estate acquisitions and development in line with the Group’s strategic business objectives
\nManaging, supervision and co-ordination of all projects undertaken by the Group
\nPlanning best allocation and utilization of space resources for new and existing properties
\nMonitoring real estate assets with a view to advising the Board on financial and commercial options
\nManagement of all aspects of property ownership including rentals and maintenance<\/p>\n

\nExcellent project management and development skills
\nStrong influencing and negotiation skills
\nStrong business and entrepreneurial acumen
\nResults driven and a team player
\nChartered Surveyor, Architect or equivalent professional qualification
\nAn MBA or professional qualification in marketing is an added advantage
\nA minimum of 7 years managerial experience in property development and management<\/p>\n
