\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Design and implement sales strategoc business plan necessary for achieving corporate sales targets
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage the operation activities and administrative functions to achieve revenue targets and goals
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct market research and competition and customer analysis to develop appropriate strategies to keep ahead of the competition
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee the activities and performance of sales team and to ensure they deliver the desired results
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Build and promote strong relationship with external stakeholders and customers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with other Units to ensure achievement of sales objectives
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Analyse sales data to investigate lost sales and customer accounts and to identify sales opportunities.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Generate and submit timely weekly and monthly sales reports to line manager.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Marketing or business degree or related professional qualification
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proven ability to develop and drive sales strategy
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good leadership and managerial skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of data analysis and market research
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proven experience in customer relationship management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Analytical ability
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong business sense and industry expertise
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work under pressure and attain targets
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong knowledge of commercial printing and packaging industry will be an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Organisational and planning abilities<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 6 years of post qualification relevant experience gained from working in a dynamic environment
