Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Data Entry Assistant (19 Positions)<\/strong><\/p>\n Currently, Abt Associates is implementing Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) in Six selected districts in the Northern region: Kumbungu, West Mamprusi, East Mamprusi, Mamprugu\/Moagduri,Bunkpurugu-Yunyoo, Karaga, districts.<\/p>\n We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill temporary positions as Data Entry Assistant (19 positions). Successful candidates will be contracted for not more than 3 months. Candidates that live in any of the districts mentioned above will have an added advantage.<\/p>\n Responsibilities of Data Entry Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Enter house-to-house mobilization, Direct Observation of Spray (DOS) and Spray data into the AIRS database. \n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform regular data cleaning to ensure quality data for spray operations decision making.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Address data collections errors.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Generate and print house-to-house mobilization, DOS and Spray data report from AIRS database for spray teams when needed.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 File all house-to-house mobilization, DOS and spray data cards according to project filing protocols.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Support spray operators training.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Support in the usage of Data Collection Verification (DCV) forms.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Previous experience in data entry and management is an advantage.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in English and one or more Northern Ghanaian Language will be an advantage.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Comfortable in the use of MS office application especially MS Access and MS Excel.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Previous experience in IRS activities is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
