Job Title:\u00a0Human Resources and Administrative Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n

Creative Associates International (Creative Associates) is preparing for the implementation of USAID\/West Africa\u2019s program Partnerships for Peace (P4P).\u00a0 The five-year program will partner and consult with stakeholders at the regional, national, and sub-national level across several West African countries, to develop a shared foundational understanding of counter violent extremism (CVE) in the region. The findings will improve institutional capacity of organizations and governments to implement more effective and coordinated CVE approaches.<\/p>\n

To lead and support the implementation of Partnerships for Peace, Creative Associates seeks to engage a highly qualified and motivated team.\u00a0 All positions are full time and require a willingness to travel. Position Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Human Resources & Admin Officer (HR & Admin) will support the DCOP to manage the Accra office.\u00a0 S\/he will provide support to various administrative and human resources functions and performs a broad range of clerical and secretarial duties. The Human Resources & Admin Officer will be responsible for administrative functions such as collection of monthly timesheets, ensuring that office supplies such as stationary, kitchen and cleaning supplies are stocked, and assisting in the compilation of administrative paperwork.\u00a0 In addition to these tasks, the Human Resources & Admin Officer will serve as the Accra office receptionist and the primary point of contact for vendors and other visitors to the office.\u00a0 The Human Resources & Admin Officer will support the office through photocopying, scanning and other administrative tasks.\u00a0 In addition to the administrative tasks, the Human Resources & Admin Officer will help the Human Resources & Admin Manager with staff recruitment and staff file management.\u00a0 These tasks may include, recruitment, wage and salary verification and administration, training, employee relations, and management of employee benefits. S\/he will support the Chief of Party to develop staffing plans and strategies to meet Creative\u2019s requirements and ensure the program policies and procedures comply with local laws and regulations. The HR & Admin Officer serves as the Accra office receptionist.\u00a0 This position will be based in the Accra office.\u00a0 Limited travel may be required.<\/p>\n
