\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Create marketing and PR strategy for pre-launch and post-launch era consistent with the overall business strategy.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Define Target Markets
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop applicable pricing models.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain a positive customer service in order to enhance the reputation of the company, increase profitability and to achieve customer satisfaction.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Negotiate sales transactions and promote mortgage arrangements for all sales, ensuring that Independent Financial Advice is available.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Make a demonstrable contribution towards the company\u2019s program of continuous improvement.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Promote and act in accordance with company values, systems, policies and procedures.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage sales collection process \u2013 including cooperation with the accounting department.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Scheduled report to the CEO and General Manager.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Three or more years of experience in residential sales preferably in mixed use\u00a0phased and multi-unit projects.
\n\u2022 \u00a0 The\u00a0Experience of managing budgets\/cost control, and planning, prioritizing and organizing work to meet targets.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Self-confident, decisive, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A lateral and innovative thinker, an original problem-solver.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Specialist knowledge of sales\/marketing techniques, research and analysis.
