They do this by maintaining a high-visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, observing (either directly, through patrols, or by watching alarm systems or video cameras) for signs of crime, fire or disorder; then taking action to minimize damage (example: warning and escorting trespassers off property) and reporting any incidents to their client and emergency services as appropriate. Their international (at least in the United States of America and Canada) symbol of brotherhood is The Thin Green Line.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accounts Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepares Bank Reconciliation Statement every month.<\/li>\n<li>Posting to General Ledger and Sub Ledger<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile Sub Ledger Balances with General Ledger<\/li>\n<li>Prepares Bank Payment Vouchers, Receipt Vouchers, and Journal Vouchers.<\/li>\n<li>Get Vouchers signed and forward to cashier.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare payroll &amp; make remittances including salary forwarding.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the activities of other Managers in other branches of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>GHC 800.00-1000.00<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Qualification:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 HND and Degree in Accounting.
