\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Developing and obtaining proper approval for goals, audit work schedules, staffing plans and financial budgets for the department
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform individual audits according to the standards for the Professional Practice of internal auditing issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and other local professional accounting bodies such as ICAG
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain personal proficiency and that of staff auditors by obtaining an adequate amount of continuing education
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Supervise staff auditors by assigning them to jobs which match their abilities, reviewing their work and appraising their performance
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in or conduct evaluation and cost studies as directed by the appropriate officers of the organisation
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct scheduled and special audits and make recommendations for improvement
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Keep current on trends in Accounting and Auditing<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Finalist or qualified member of a recognised professional accounting body (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 5 years experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis preferably in a multi-national trading company. External audit experience is an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have working usage of pastel accounting software
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent MS Excel skill and good presentation skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good command of English, spoken and written
