\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assess competitor environment through surveys and coordination of research activities and feedback to relevant departments for further action.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in the process of strategic planning for programme implementation, expansion and sustainability
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate all activities aimed at integration
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Guide Branch managers on Savings Groups linkages and Value Chain activities to drive successful integration with partners<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 2 years’ experience in a Regional\/Area Management position
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 5 years’ experience within a Financial Institution.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have good business development skills and relate well with people from diverse back- grounds
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have a good knowledge in microfinance methodologies, products and services
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be very conversant with VF Ghana’s core objectives and business model
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be dynamic, innovative and self-motivated
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be willing and able to work effectively
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 under pressure and be goal oriented
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have strong organisational abilities<\/p>\n
