Adehyeman Savings and Loans Limited<\/strong> (ASL) is a non-bank financial institution licensed by the Bank of Ghana to provide financial services to various parts of Accra. Adehyeman Savings and Loans recruits Human Resources Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Coordinates the recruitment process, ensure contract letters are signed accordingly and set up new staff.
\nCoordinate the leave planner for all managers on yearly basis by maintaining a master leave register and process staff leave applications
\nHelp coordinate the activities on the Staff Welfare and Staff Durbars.
\nFollow up on the assessment (Appraisal and feedback) of all staff on half yearly basis.
\nMonitor the confirmation of newly recruited staff following performance and provision of all relevant documents and the necessary criminal and reference checks
\nDesign and implement appropriate filling system to ensure up to date information on all staff files
\nPrepare an educative monthly Adehyeman staff bulletin which will educate staff and also update them on current issues in the company
\nPrepares the training plan for all the staff, revises and updates the training plan. S\/He is responsible for making sure that all the staff receives complete training.
\nCoordinates with the HR Manager in identifying the training needs of the staff
\nEnsures that the staff under the various departments receive the necessary on-the-job coaching from their respective supervisors
\nActs as custodian of all the training modules
\nEnsures the availability of training equipment and venue for the scheduled training
\nConducts periodic staff training needs analysis; coordinates staff training events and courses.
\nEnsures that all new, re-assigned, and promoted staff receive adequate training from ASL\u2019s training unit, or if necessary from external trainers or training providers
\nAny other task and responsibilities assigned by management
\n <\/strong><\/p>\n

Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

Educational requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

University degrees in Human Resource Management or related field
\nStudent member of the IHRMP will be an advantage
\nTwo years working experience in HR related field
\nSpecial \/ Personal Abilities
\nHighly developed sense of reliability and correctness
\nVery good communication skills
\nInnovative and excellent analytical skills
\nVery good planning skills
\nMust have above average skills in using Microsoft office applications
\nMust be a self-starter, highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented and strong administrative skills<\/p>\n
