\n\u2022Responsible for raw material volume, quality and trace-ability.
\n\u2022Implement Nestl\u00e9 initiatives as CSV, continuous improvement, social projects and sustainability projects, identifying cost saving initiatives and tools to achieve improvements.
\n\u2022Communicate, coordinate and work with other related business units in and outside Nestl\u00e9.
\n\u2022Prepare, implement and update farmers\u2019 training, operation plans, targets, KPI\u2019s, and prepare business forecasts for raw materials.
\n\u2022Responsible for the management of Agricultural Projects.
\n\u2022Lead and coach team \/ develop local agricultural competencies.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum 5 years working experience in agriculture or related areas.
\n\u2022 Capability to lead groups.
\n\u2022 Ability to manage external relations and relate comfortably with farmers on the field.
\n\u2022 Ability to travel within the region.
\n\u2022 Different exposures in factories \/ international exposure etc.
