\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Supervise overall administration of pension schemes and liaise with trustees and pensions managers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Establish regular business performance, monitoring and reporting with remedical actions where necessary
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Lead in the development of new products and innovative ideas for business growth<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A post graduate qualification or an MBA will be an added advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Not less than 5 years working experience in the field, with 3 years in senior management position
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 GSE-qualified persons would have an added advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent organizational and leadership skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must demonstrate high level of accuracy and attention to detail
