\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide leadership and direction for technical team, set an effective agenda and ensure performance goals are met
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughout
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure funds are successfully mobilized and correctly managed for optimum earnings
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide regular required reports to the industry regulator, board and the business leadership team
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic operational plans, as well as marketing\/sales communication plan that would increase revenue
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work directly with, and develop effective and constructive working relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any other task that may be assigned by management in the money and capital markets universe.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A post graduate qualification or an MBA (Finance), MSc (Investments) will be an added advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have passed all GSE securities courses with certification.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 He\/She must have extensive network of money & capital market traders, commercial banks as well as other investment houses
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have excellent diplomatic and negotiation skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have outstanding, analytical and problem-solving abilities
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent organizational, training and leadership skills<\/p>\n
