\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Primary liaison between customer and SMT, in all areas related to product support.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate and communicate with the customer, service department, and parts department to ensure exceptional level of service.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Generate and develop new business to meet business goals.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide customer training on unit operation and maintenance needs.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Promote, develop and sell maintenance contracts.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide parts and service quotes to customers.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinates service repairs and parts deliveries.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Create and maintain profiles on all major parts and service competitors.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Report lost parts and service sales.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Meet targets for sales, profits, units and close deals.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Keep updated machine population in assigned territory.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain customer account using customer relationship management (CRM).
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Answer customer calls during and after normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform all other related duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 2-5 years\u2019 experience with a heavy duty dealership in a parts or service function.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proficient in the use of a computer and related Microsoft software.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong problem solving skills and be detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work with minimal supervision.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent organizational skills.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work after hours when needed to meet customer needs.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
