Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title: HR & Administrative Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 The position provides good HR & Administrative support to the company and inject standard dynamism into an elite team of talented staff and represents the organisation to other businesses as best practice demands.<\/p>\n

Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Manage the entire work force
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Undertake day to day HR and adminisitrative functions to meet daily varying needs
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and administer policies and procedures and ensure a harmonious and professionals working environment
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Develop HR and employee development policies and programs
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Organise and coordinate HR programs, planning, compensation, training and development policies
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Performance management, payroll and leave administration
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Handle health and safety, welfare and housekeeping issues
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate with the Ghana Immigration Service to attain work permits and visa extensions for expatriates
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate and make travel arrangements for expatriate and local staff within and outside the country
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provides auditable trails of incoming and outgoing documentation and maintenance logs
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assign duties to and monitors activities of team members to ensure achievement of performance standards<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A master’s degree in management will be an advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to communicate in French is a plus
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 4 years or more experience in a similar position is desired<\/p>\n

Skills Required<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Organizational multitasking, time management and decision-making skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent interpersonal and job monitoring skills to ensure a harmonious and professional working environment
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Efficient communication skills (standard written and spoken english)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to direct and control the actions of others and recommend modifications for better performance
