SOS Children’s Villages Ghana is part of a global humanitarian organisation dedicated to providing family-based care (FBC) for children without parental care<\/p>\n

We also provide social services for families at risk through our family strengthening programme (FSP). Currently, we have four villages in operation in Tema, Asiakwa, Kumasi & Tamale<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title:\u00a0Hub Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates on our NO Business As Usual Project for the position of: Hub Manager<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ideal candidate should:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Hold a first degree in statistics, computer science or any other relevant degree. 2nd degree is an added advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 3 years of experience in general management and supervision of the use of ICT Hub preferably with a keen experience and interest in the ICT industry
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have experience working on youth employability related projects and community-based organisation
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have passion for working with youth and have understanding of the current situation for young people
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have knowledge of local youth employment opportunities and challenges
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have good interpersonal, networking, representation and negotiation skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have a strong verbal and writing skills required for extensive report writing
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have financial management acumen, keeping budgets managing expenses and cash handling experience
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have good people management skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have proven experience in leading and managing people and projects
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have strong communications skills required for extensive report and proposal writing
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Have advance experience and demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office suite, internet and social media platform management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be a motivated self-starter with initiative, flexibility and enthusiasm
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be a strategic thinker combined with practical “can do” attitude with the ability to inspire others, especially the youth
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Possess strong analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Possess strong supervisory, organisational and time management skills with precision to meet deadlines
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be a team player with strong collaborative and team building skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Be ready to work long hours and over the written English and at least 1 Ghanaian language preferably (Twi)<\/p>\n
