Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Call Centre Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n Length of contract:\u00a0<\/strong> Two (2) year contract<\/p>\n The Call Centre Manager is responsible for managing the Call Centre and providing overall coordination, between MSIG, clients and stakeholders through various communication channels. \n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assess training needs and develop a training programme for the Call Centre teams
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work with IT to identify and evaluate state-of-the-art technologies, define user requirements, productivity, quality and client service standards
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Review and customize the Call Centre\u2019s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Manual and various processes
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Establish quality assurance, managing protocols and review data for analytics.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Establish, facilitate and coordinate the use of client, staff and strategic partner databases for strategic engagement and continuous improvement.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure in bound & outbound Client Satisfaction Surveys are done and undertake other surveys as required
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any other related duties that may come up<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Professional experience in communication and client management will be required
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any medical qualifications\/Nursing will be an advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of five (5) years working experience at the managerial level
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to manage and develop team
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Fluent communication (written and verbal) in English and local language(s)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent analytical and IT skills (MS Office, Power Point and Excel)
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Familiarity and previous use of Social Media tools and strong network in the media
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proven knowledge of administration and comfortable with processes and planning
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work long hours and in a shift system
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good knowledge of Client service principles, practices and experience
