UNICAF works in partnership with a number of well renowned partners such as the University of South Wales in the delivery of transnational education.<\/p>\n<p>The partnership between the University of South Wales and UNICAF brings together the resources and capabilities of both organisations to offer innovative learning solutions and programmes which are delivered fully online to the needs of a wide range of professionals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Call Centre Executives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful applicant shall deliver World Class Customer experience. He \/ she shall serve customers by the determining requirements; answering enquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database and determining eligibility. The role reports to a Team Lead.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer enquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information<\/li>\n<li>Resolve problems by clarifying issues, research and explore answers and alternative solutions, implement solutions, escalate unresolved problems to appropriate authorities<\/li>\n<li>Clarify desired information; complete transactions and forward clients requests<\/li>\n<li>Advertise additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features<\/li>\n<li>Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions<\/li>\n<li>Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Accomplish organizational mission by completing related results as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A good first degree or HND<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Professional Certification in Sales and\/or Marketing,<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Significant knowledge and working experience in Sales and Marketing,<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good report writing, facilitation, presentation skills,<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good IT skills,<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Very good communication and negotiation skills,<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good people-management skills,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 University Students can also apply<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualified persons should please send their Curriculum Vitae (CV) and cover letter to: <strong>ghanacuc@gmail.com or eputiere@ymail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>or deliver in person at<\/p>\n<p>Ghana Christian University College,<br \/>\nP.
