But also the speed, creativity and agility of a fresh new start-up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0 Finance Control Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Principal Accountabilities\/ Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure accuracy of all data recorded in SAP<\/li>\n<li>Owns month end, quarter end and year-end financial and management reporting to region\/group<\/li>\n<li>Ownership of Financial Control Agenda<\/li>\n<li>Assist Cocoa Life Program in their transactions in line with agreement<\/li>\n<li>Prepare quarterly tax self-assessment and file returns on or before the last day of the quarter<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit tax analysis and tax packs for MDLZ and responds to all tax related queries<\/li>\n<li>Handles all statutory reporting and external audit including preparing financial statements, organize and sign-off external audits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University graduate in Accounting with ICA or ACCA<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years post-graduation experience<\/li>\n<li>Thorough and analytical approach to financial reporting and control<\/li>\n<li>IT and SAP literacy is mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Possession of strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re a big company.
