The services we provide include Business Analysis, Business Development Strategies, Recruitment, HR Services, Training Needs Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Mediation and much more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0 Sales &amp; Marketing Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Sales &amp; Marketing Manager will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing Marketing &amp; Sales Strategy of the business<\/li>\n<li>Implementing Marketing &amp; Sales Strategy<\/li>\n<li>Managing other team members to ensure overall sales targets are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Managing business relationship with key stakeholders and customers of the company<\/li>\n<li>Active participation in development new products of the company as well as modification of existing products in line with changing needs of consumers<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out periodic market research to aid in strategy fomulation and implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have at least 3 years working experience in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong written and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have a pleasant personality<\/li>\n<li>Must be fluent in the use of microsoft office suite (word, excel &amp; powerpoint)<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have some understanding of how the media operates in Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong people management skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing to work for long hours when necessary on projects<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing to travel sometimes<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive and having a valid drivers license would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualified interested candidates should forward CVs and creative portfolio to: <strong>advantagejobs2017@gmail<\/strong>.com Only qualified candidates would be shortlisted for interview.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Training &amp; Consultancy Services.
