\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation’s and regulations<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered on advantage
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Above 35 years
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 5 years working experience
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 High degree of professional ethics and integrity
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Sound judgment and ability to analyse situations and information
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Outstanding communication skills<\/p>\n
