Our Managers set the bar in store, excelling at providing a memorable customer experience, mentoring and guiding our employees, while successfully looking after our financial results.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Restaurant Manager And Assistant Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You oversee the training and development of our valued staff through quality orientations, regular performance evaluations and thorough coaching and counseling.<\/p>\n<p>You lead by example and are a role model to your team by setting the standards and behaviors consistent with Badu values and beliefs. You develop a culture of teamwork, employees who strive to provide our loyal \u201cBaduFam\u201d with the experience they deserve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we need from you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have at least 2 \u2013 3 years of restaurant management experience<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work effectively with others in a great team<\/li>\n<li>Passion for providing quality and exceptional customer service<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of wine, cocktails and mixology<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge and passion about the industry, local competitors and \u201cwhat\u2019s on trend\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Immaculate Grooming, Clear communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to deliver exceptional customer service because you\u2019re a natural people person<\/li>\n<li>Have the ability to work productively and succeed in a fast paced environment<\/li>\n<li>A proven ability to improve operational efficiencies within the business<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing KPIs and delivering great results<\/li>\n<li>Be passionate about the brand and its core values and mission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Join the Badu family and experience excellent on the job training, great working conditions and opportunities for career advancement within this growing organization.<\/p>\n<p>Ready to take the lead?
