\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Preparation of bank reconciliation statement with proactive actions taken on reconciling items
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Reconciliation of branch current account including raising debit and credit notes
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good knowledge of compliance and Tax laws for Ghana
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Preparation of customer\u2019s statement of account
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Recording of statutory payments such as VAT, WHT and PAYEE
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 General Ledger review with focus on reconciling balance sheet accounts are required
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure proper filing of documents in the Finance Department for easy retrieval
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any other duties as assigned by Management<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A part 2 holder in a professional accountancy course.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 2 years work experience in Finance \/ Accounting preferably in a similar role
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Familiar with ERP Accounting software, INCADEA knowledge will be an advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good understanding of Microsoft Office tools
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Methodical approach and ability to maintain accurate data systems
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good numeracy and financial awareness
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Attention to accuracy and detail
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Self motivating and able to prioritize and plan own workload to meet deadlines<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Honest and trustworthy
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Able to work as part of a team and individually
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work under pressure<\/p>\n
