\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct discussions of preliminary nature with heads of departments and sections
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Obtain required information directly or indirectly through examination of records or interviews with staff
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 For the processes audited, review and evaluate the system of management controls and assess their adequacy and effectiveness and where appropriate, draft potential recommendations for improvements
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare working papers documenting adequately work performed
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Draft segments of reports and communications on the results of work performed, for review by the line manager
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Assess the reliability and effective use of internal controls and assist in reviewing administrative procedures
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Any other duties as assigned by management<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 A minimum 2 years experience in auditing\/controlling or closely related field is highly desirable<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work independently, commitment to continuous learning and willingness to keep up to date on new developments in the audit field
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work knowledge of IT systems and standards MS-Office products
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to communicate effectively and coherently
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse range of people
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with officials at all levels<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Honest and trustworthy
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Able to work as part of a team and individually
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work under pressure<\/p>\n
