Our dedication to our clients mean that we hire only the best in the field to ensure nothing less than extraordinary results.<\/p>\n<p>SPACE Turnkey Solutions is seeking an experienced and qualified person to fill the role of<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Manger.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SPACE Turnkey Solution was incorporated in May of 2016, with the goal of providing turnkey Design &amp; Build services after recognizing a lack of such services in the market. SPACE aims to fill this market void by merging all design and build related services under a single umbrella, providing a unified complete package to clients.<\/p>\n<p>SPACE\u2019s mission is To Create Exceptional Spaces That Transform Lifestyles.<\/p>\n<p>SPACE prides itself on using innovation, resourceful thinking, and a proactive approach to complete every task it is presented with. This means that as an employee of SPACE, we believe in you and your ability to be innovative, think critically, and act proactively in everything you do.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project management duties to include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring project completion within designated time frames and budget requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of all necessary construction documents (Structural, Elevations, Interiors, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, et cetera) as related to all projects with which the company is involved and ensuring that such work meets the appropriate standards.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained in accordance to construction documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring quality standards are achieved, and that all aims of the project are met.<\/li>\n<li>Creation and adherence to daily schedules, and maintenance of constant communication with and reporting to the employer.<\/li>\n<li>Site management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent time management, communication, organization and personal effectiveness skills, as well as\u00a0in-depth knowledge of related software including AutoCAD and Google Sketchup, and Microsoft Word and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Three years experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain professionalism in interactions with clients, co-workers, vendors and sub-contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for completing all required tasks with integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants wishing to apply for a position within the company should send a detailed CV including past work experience, portfolio, and references to <strong>info@spaceaccra.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SPACE Turnkey Solutions&#8217; mission is to create exceptional spaces that transform lifestyles.
