{"id":22578,"date":"2017-03-10T14:29:05","date_gmt":"2017-03-10T14:29:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=22578"},"modified":"2017-03-10T14:29:05","modified_gmt":"2017-03-10T14:29:05","slug":"zormelo-associates-ghana-recruitment-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/zormelo-associates-ghana-recruitment-2017.html","title":{"rendered":"Zormelo &#038; Associates Ghana Recruitment (2017)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Zormelo &amp; Associates is seeking highly motivated, numerate, articulate and meticulous individuals to place with its client in the financial services sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Assistants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers both face to face and over the phone by professionally providing information as requested<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deal promptly with requests and on the telephone and face to face.<\/li>\n<li>Channel queries to the correct person if it cannot be resolved at Enquiry counter<\/li>\n<li>Give basic advise on products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Give quality service to uphold the Bank image.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Balance enquiries at counter.<\/li>\n<li>Assist customers with completion of bank product and service documentation, including loan application forms.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Stationery management, filing and photocopying items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An HND or first degree from a recognized university;<\/li>\n<li>At least one (1) year experience working in a banking environment;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of banking products and a basic understanding of banking operations, practices and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical and problem solving skills coupled.
