{"id":22579,"date":"2017-03-10T14:28:44","date_gmt":"2017-03-10T14:28:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=22579"},"modified":"2017-03-10T14:28:44","modified_gmt":"2017-03-10T14:28:44","slug":"zormelo-associates-new-2017-vacancies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/zormelo-associates-new-2017-vacancies.html","title":{"rendered":"Zormelo &#038; Associates New 2017 Vacancies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Zormelo &amp; Associates is seeking highly motivated, numerate, articulate and meticulous individuals to place with its client in the financial services sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Teller Assistants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To provide excellent service to the bank\u2019s customers and handling their daily cash and cheque transactions in an efficient, polite and professional manner<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide timely and welcoming customer service at all times<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer cash and cheque transactions \u2013 accept, pay and record customer cash and cheque transactions according to established procedures and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Balance all transactions at the end of the day for cash reconciliation that is to manage, count, verify, and reconcile daily transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Work effectively as part of a hardworking and customer driven team to satisfy customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Process all incoming payments received by mail, fax and email.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure register\/counter areas are neat and stocked with necessary supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other task(s) that may be assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Maintained knowledge of cashier procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An HND or a degree from a recognised university or equivalent professional qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Customer service oriented<\/li>\n<li>Communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of banking operations, practices and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy with basic knowledge of MS Suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zormelo &amp; Associates is seeking highly motivated, numerate, articulate and meticulous individuals to place with its client in the financial services sector.
