\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Take responsibility for the progress of a small class of students ranging from primary age to high school;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Organise the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within their class;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain discipline at all times;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare and mark to facilitate positive pupil development;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Provide feedback to parents on pupils\u2019 progress at parents\u2019 evenings and other meetings through meetings and written communication;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, and support colleagues in the delivery;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work with others to plan and coordinate work;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the many different curriculums;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Take part in Education Centre activities which may take place at weekends or in the evenings;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with colleagues and work flexibly, particularly with the parents and the teachers of the home schooling curriculum;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Work with parents and Education Committee Board;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Perform any other duties that may be assigned from to time to time.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge or exposure to distance learning programmings;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in Early Childhood Education;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Sound cultural diversity skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent presentation skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must possess strong people management skills;
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must have strong communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Must be Computer Literate in MS office software such as word and Excel, E-mail etc.<\/p>\n
