The Company\u2019s annual turnover was around Eight Hundred and Twenty Thousand US Dollars (USD$820,000) in 2007 and has even exceeded 1million US Dollars in 2010 due to some new investments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0 Executive Office Assistants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management<\/li>\n<li>Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system<\/li>\n<li>Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Perform data entry and scan documents<\/li>\n<li>Manage calendar for Managing Director<\/li>\n<li>Assist in resolving any administrative problems<\/li>\n<li>Run company\u2019s errands to post office and office supply store<\/li>\n<li>Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office supplies for department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree required<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of operating standard office equipment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills \u2013 written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Good research skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All applications should be forwarded to <strong>info.surfpublicationsghana@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Surf Publications Ghana Limited, established in 2000, is a media owner and publishing house using only the latest machinery.
