\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Development and Maintenance of procurement and supply systems
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Cashbook management
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Preparation of institutional and programmes Budgets
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Maintenance and update of fixed Assets Register
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Undertake other duties assigned by the Executive Director<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 MBA in Finance and Accounting or similar qualification
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong first degree from a recognized local or foreign university
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 At least six (6) years relevant working experience in a corporate environment, preferably a project\/programme-funded organization
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Strong and demonstrable managerial competencies
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Prepared to work on week days and on weekends
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Able to work to stick deadlines and under pressure
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Conversant with the use of Accounting software<\/p>\n
